We are committed to your complete satisfaction and offer a 3-day no hassle return policy. Returns from a pet friendly household will be handled on a case by case basis. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply and will be handled on a case by case basis depending on costs incurred. Additoal delivery charges may apply.
Mattresses, box springs, clearance items and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Special or customer order items may be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee. A 50% deposit is required at time of order, with the balance paid prior to delivery or pickup.
